    Our return policy allows you to return most products within 30 days of receiving them. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition. Any damage or signs of use may affect your eligibility for a return.

  2. Non-Returnable Items
    Certain items are non-returnable, including:

    • Custom or made-to-order solar systems or panels.
    • Products that have been installed or used.
    • Perishable items or items that cannot be resold for health and safety reasons.

  4. Return Shipping
    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or damaged upon arrival. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your return, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

  5. Refund Process
    Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets our return criteria. If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

    If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the product you wish to exchange it for. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
